An adult over 21 years old must be present to meet the cleaners when they arrive and while they are doing the cleaning. If the property is unoccupied, either the owner or realtor will make arrangements to allow the cleaners to enter the property.
The ideal time to clean carpet is between 9am and 4pm for residential cleaning, day light is the best light to use when we clean carpets. Commercial cleaning have to be arranged for the best time available.

Absolutely! It's best to wear rubber bottom house shoes or thongs (flip flops) when walking on the carpet after it's been cleaned. It's also good to place dry towels on the non-carpet areas before stepping off the carpet, this helps to wipe the moisture from the bottom of your shoes.
Furniture with rubber or plastic legs can be placed on the carpet right after it is cleaned. The cleaners can provide plastic squares or styrofoam blocks that can be placed underneath furniture legs that are not rubber or plastic. Rugs should not be placed on the carpet until the carpet is completely dried.
Most well kept carpets should be cleaned once a year. However, if the carpet is heavily used, twice a year is recommended.
The heavily used areas of the carpet will look darker (shaded) than the less used areas, this is due to the wear, the heavily used areas have wore down lower than the less used areas.
The best solution for most accidental spills is to immediately apply cold water and then use clean towels to blot up the water. Keep using clean towels to remove as much moisture as possible. For stubborn old or new stains - give us a call!
Depends on the usage. Upholstery in the heavily used family and kitchen areas should be cleaned once a year. For upholstery in low used living room and formal dining room areas, I suggest vacuuming at least once a year and cleaned professionally every three years.
The vast majority of home and office upholstery can be cleaned with the wet method. Some extremely sensitive material cannot be cleaned with a wet solution. Ask us - we can determine for you! Here's the two method we use: Pre-spray and Rinse This is the least cost and faster drying (4-6 hours) method, very good for light to medium soiled upholstery. Shampoo and Steam This method provides the best results for more heavily soiled upholstery. As expected, this method will cost more and takes longer to dry (approximately 24 hours).
The first step is to immediately apply cold water and then blot the affected area with clean a clean towel. This will minimize or eliminate a stain from occurring. If you cannot address the problem immediately or the stain still shows - call us! Careful! Upholstery fabrics can be very sensitive to various cleaning products.
Definitely not! That could shrink the covering material/fabric and result in a distorted cushion shape.
